FTTB Technical Support Specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Purpose of the position: Increasing the subscriber base in the area of ​​responsibility by controlling the processes of connection and customer service, modernization and support of the FTTB access network.

Main responsibilities :

• Control the terms of network restoration and confirm the reliability of the volumes of materials used during emergency recovery works;
• Search and submit promising addresses for construction of new FTTB network facilities for approval;
• Control the progress of construction and assembly works and provide support to the GPO in the construction process;
• Check the volume and quality of the performed works and draw up the audit protocol;
• Check executive documentation of built objects;
• Submit proposals for the construction of passive indoor infrastructure (LCD, VBSS), agree, monitor the progress of BMR implementation and accept into operation
• Control the progress of planned and preventive works (PPR) on the access network in accordance with the approved plan-schedule;
• Control the capacity of subscriber ports and, if necessary, create a Change in the TTWOs system to install additional switches.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher, preferably technical;
• Work experience: preferably in the field of construction, maintenance of telecommunication networks;
• Availability of own car, willingness to use it for official purposes. Expenses will be compensated;
• PC: confident user of MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office;
