Front-End / Interactive Developer in Out of the Box Systems

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the development of an interactive web experience — from the first prototype to the final release.

• Collaboration with designers and stakeholders to translate creative vision into technically high-quality solutions.

• Responsibility for performance, quality and cross-browser compatibility of all front-end functions.

• Proactively research, test and implement new technologies to solve creative problems and improve workflows.

• Enhance the overall level of the team through knowledge sharing, mentoring and constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Confident command of modern JavaScript (ES6+) skills

  • Frameworks and styling: experience with modern tools like Vue.js, Astro, React or Svelte and with utilitarian CSS (eg Tailwind CSS).

  • Design and prototyping: ability to adapt resources from Figma, Framer, Rive or After Effects into code.

  • AI and automation: interest in automating creative processes with AI, including knowledge of tools such as ComfyUI.

  • Advanced graphics and performance:experience with web graphics libraries (eg Three.js, Babylon.js, Pixi.js), interest in WebGL, WebGPU, Canvas, GLSL or WASM.

  • Development workflow: experience with Markdown and Git for documentation and version control.

  • Portfolio: examples of creative projects or complex interactive solutions in code.
