We are looking for a Flight Operations Support Agent with hands-on experience in Saber GDS and handling GDS queues to support the operations team and work with airline reservations.
Job Format: Fully Remote.
Essentials responsibilities
Monitoring and processing Saber queues
Working with reservations: ticketing, exchanges, schedule changes
Correcting errors in reservations and tickets
Communicating with customers regarding changes in reservations and flights
Supporting the operations team in complex cases
Escalation of technical or operational problems
Help with internal operational projects
Mandatory requirements
Practical experience with Saber GDS
Experience with Saber queues
3+ years experience in the field of corporate tourism / air tickets
Experience with ticketing, exchanges and schedule changes
Experience in communication with clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher is mandatory, as the work involves communication with international clients.
Will be a plus
Experience working with Amadeus
Experience working in TMC or corporate travel
Experience working with international clients
