Fixed line technical support specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking in Kostopol. Work on the territory of the Rivne region.

Purpose of the position:Increasing the subscriber base in the area of responsibility by controlling the connection processes and servicing subscribers, modernization and support of the access network.

Main responsibilities:

• Controls the terms of network restoration and confirms the authenticity of the volumes of materials used during emergency restoration works.
• Conducts prospective addresses for the construction of new ones for approval of FTTB network objects.
• Controls the progress of construction and installation works and provides support to the GPO during the construction process.
• Checks the volume and quality of the performed works and prepares an audit protocol.
• Checks the executive documentation of the constructed objects.
• Submits proposals for the construction of passive indoor infrastructure (LCD, VBSS), approves, monitors the progress of BMR implementation and accepts it into operation.
• Controls the progress of planned and preventive works (PPR) on the access network according to the approved plan-schedule.
• Controls the capacity of subscriber ports and, if necessary, creates Change in the system TTWOs to install additional switches.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher, preferably technical
• Experience: from 2 years, preferably in the field of construction, maintenance of telecommunication networks
• Availability of own car, willingness to use for official purposes expenses will be compensated
• PC: confident user of MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office
