Fixed line technical support specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking in Zdolbunov for work in the city of Rivne and the region.

Purpose of the position:Increasing the subscriber base in its area of responsibility by monitoring connection processes and subscriber service, modernization and network support access.

Main responsibilities:

• Controls the timing of network restoration and confirms the reliability of the volumes of materials used during disaster recovery works.
• Searches for and submits promising addresses for the construction of new FTTB network facilities for approval.
• Monitors the progress of construction and installation works and provides support to the GPO during the construction process.
• Checks the volume and quality of the completed works and prepares an audit protocol.
• Checks the executive documentation of the built objects.
• Submits proposals for the construction of passive indoor infrastructure (LCD, VBSS), approves, monitors the progress of BMR execution and accepts it into operation.
• Controls the progress of planned and preventive works (PPR) on the access network in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Controls the capacity of subscriber ports and, if necessary, creates a Change in the TTWOs system to install additional switches.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher, preferably technical
• Work experience: from 2 years, preferably in the field of construction, maintenance of telecommunication networks
• Availability of own car, willingness to use it for official purposes expenses will be compensated
• PC: confident user of MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office.
