Key tasks:
Financial planning and analysis:
Analysis of the company's income and savings for their effective distribution and use.
Financial Management:
Participation in the development of strategies to increase profitability and optimize costs.
Management of the company's working capital, state budget funds and other resources.
Financial control:
Control of compliance with internal financial policies.
Controlling cash flows and ensuring timely payments.
Management of receivables and payables.
Accounting and reporting:
Bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements for internal and external use.
Interaction with external auditors and preparation of necessary documents for audit.
Optimization and cost management:
Analysis of production costs and monitoring of production costs.
Optimizing costs and increasing production efficiency.
Management of stocks and tangible assets:
Ensuring the accuracy of warehouse accounting and inventory management.
Control over accounting of tangible assets of the enterprise.
Internal control and audit:
Conducting internal audits to ensure financial discipline and internal control.
Requirements:
Work experience:
Experience in manufacturing or related industries.
At least 3-5 years of experience in management positions in companies with large financial turnover (at least $100 million per year).
Experience in managing financial processes, cash flows, stocks and tangible assets.
Education and qualifications:
Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
Professional knowledge in the field of financial planning, analysis, accounting and cost management.
Financial and management skills:
Excellent skills of financial planning, analysis and management of financial processes at the enterprise.
Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting programs (1C, BAS and others).
Experience in cost management, cost control, process optimization.
Knowledge in managing receivables and payables.
Leadership and management qualities:
Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to implement financial strategies and monitor their implementation.
Experience in managing teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical skills and responsibilities:
High level of responsibility and analytical thinking.
Ability to conduct a detailed analysis of financial indicators, costs, stocks.
Organization and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
Personal qualities:
Resistance to stress and the ability to work in conditions of high intensity.
Proactive approach to problem solving and initiative.
Language skills:
Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate level and above (for interaction with international partners and external auditors).
