Fire safety engineer in Cosmo multimall

Cosmo multimall is a large shopping and entertainment company located in the heart of Kyiv. We combine a variety of shops, restaurants, a cinema and other entertainment facilities, creating a unique space for relaxation and shopping.

We invite an experienced  Fire Safety Engineer to join our team.  

• control over compliance with fire safety requirements and rules at the company's facilities in accordance with the appointment order;
• daily inspection of the company's facility for preventive measures and detection of malfunctions;
• development, review and maintenance of fire safety documentation (development of orders on the appointment of responsible persons);
• participation in inspections by the State Emergency Service bodies at the facilities of the enterprise and internal inspections;
• compilation of reports based on the results of internal inspections of the state of fire safety and control of their implementation by responsible persons;
• permanence of constant control over the state of fire safety systems, fire extinguishing means and territory (fire extinguishers);
• organization of technical maintenance of fire extinguishers and fire hoses (collection, control during recharging);
• performance of constant control over maintenance and repair of fire protection systems by subcontractors, which is responsible for the timely signing of acts of completed works;
• monitoring of tenants' compliance with fire safety norms and rules;
• making proposals for improving the fire protection situation and organizing events.
