Functional duties:

• Analyzes the financial condition, economic activity, legal and ownership structure, solvency and creditworthiness of potential and existing borrowers/groups of companies;
• Analyzes the markets in which potential and existing borrowers/Groups of companies operate;
• Evaluates the business model, the forecast values ​​of the financial and economic indicators of the business of potential and existing borrowers/Groups of companies and credit projects from the point of view of the presence of prerequisites for their implementation;
• Сimplements the structuring of the credit agreement;
• Prepares, in cooperation with other divisions of the Bank, the appropriate conclusion regarding the possibility of conducting (changing conditions) of a credit transaction, for consideration by the relevant collegial body;
• Participates together with managers (RM) in meetings with clients when structuring a credit agreement;
• If necessary, together with the managers (RM), participates in the meeting of the Bank's Collegial bodies as a speaker on credit agreements. 

• Higher economic or financial education;
• Experience in the banking system for at least 3 years.
• Experience in the field of lending/risks of corporate business/SMEs.
• Knowledge of the basics of financial analysis, international accounting and tax accounting standards.
• Experience in drawing up consolidated reporting, analysis and preparation of financial forecasts corporate business activities.
• Knowledge of loan products.
