Financier in HR SERVICE

We, the "HR-Service" agency, are currently actively recruiting candidates for the position of "Financier" for our partners "Workers Platform".

What should you know about Workers Platform?Workers Platform is an international company providing staffing and cleaning services in the EU since 2017. Our clients are hotel chains and service companies in Poland, Austria and Germany.

The company is at the stage of active growth and is scaling up its business in Europe, so it is looking for afinancier who will be able to build a transparent financial system for the company and become a key figure in making financial decisions.

The main purpose of the role is to build an effective financial planning and control system that will allow the company to make decisions based on the numbers.

• Planning of income and expenses of the company;Formation and control of the end every month;
  
  

• Building and running a financial business model;
  
  

• Calculation of profitability of projects, clients and directions;
  
  

• Control of cash flow and payment calendar;
  
  

• Analysis of financial indicators and search for profitability growth points;
  
  

• Building a financial reporting system (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow);
  
  

• Optimization of costs and financial processes;
  
  

• Independent maintenance of financial tables and analytics;
  
  

• Interaction with the manager regarding financial planning and strategic decisions.
