• prepare a report on margin, Cash-Flow, decipher the ledger. accounts for drawing up management reporting
• report on accounts receivable in terms of various business models
• analysis of indicators of leased space in terms of floors, brands, business models
• brothers participation in the preparation of financial plans and forecasts in the short and long term in terms of rental income
• plan-fact analysis in separate areas
• brothers teach in the budgeting process (assistance with the preparation of budget files, entering budgets into the ERP system)
• calculation of the implementation of motivational programs by retail staff
