Responsibilities:

• Analysis of computer systems and business processes of enterprises in the direction of "Sales and Marketing"
• Automation of business processes of enterprises in the direction of "Sales and Marketing"
• Development of the CRM system in the direction of
• Project management of the development and implementation of software products according to needs enterprises, analysis of business requirements
• Creation of a technical task for the improvement of automation systems in the direction of "Sales and Marketing"
• Configuration CRM systems

Basic requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Experience in project management in the following areas: production / logistics / marketing / sales
• Understanding of industrial enterprise business processes, marketing, sales
• Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions with system architects and developers
• Experience from implementation/reengineering of business processes of customized systems
• Knowledge of functionality, architecture and experience of implementation/customization of CRM system
• Knowledge of BPMN, experience of building UML diagrams, functional diagrams, sequence diagrams, writing TK, prototyping, testing
• Agile work experience methodology
