Responsibilities:

• Work in BAS small business

• Posting The company's TMC, internal transfers, write-offs, returns or exchanges

• Timely and daily entry of information into the 1C database

• Cash accounting (payments, expenses, transfers between cash registers and accounts, distribution of bank statements in 1C, expenses for deliveries, etc.)

• Keeping mutual settlements with suppliers of goods and services 

• Control of receivables from customers, payables from suppliers

• Carrying out an inventory, reconciliation with the warehouse

• Formation of operational reporting (mutual settlements with counterparties, cash reports, expense report, warehouse reports)

• Execution of accountant's orders

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
