Financial manager/management accounting specialist in Ekokinder Brends, TOV

ECOKINDER - an exclusive supplier of children's ecological products from Europe invites an active and purposeful employee to the position of "Financial Manager"

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking, responsibility, attentiveness, desire to grow and develop

• Competent written and oral communication

• Work experience in a similar position and economic education is welcome 

• Knowledge and experience of working with 1C, BAS, CRM, Word, Excel 

• Ability to work with a large amount of information 

• Experience with primary documentation

Responsibilities:

• Work in BAS small business

• Posting The company's TMC, internal transfers, write-offs, returns or exchanges

• Timely and daily entry of information into the 1C database

• Cash accounting (payments, expenses, transfers between cash registers and accounts, distribution of bank statements in 1C, expenses for deliveries, etc.)

• Keeping mutual settlements with suppliers of goods and services 

• Control of receivables from customers, payables from suppliers

• Carrying out an inventory, reconciliation with the warehouse

• Formation of operational reporting (mutual settlements with counterparties, cash reports, expense report, warehouse reports)

• Execution of accountant's orders

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports

• Monitoring and analysis of the company's key financial indicators

• Participation in budgeting and forecasting

• Identification and analysis of deviations from the budget and suggestions for their elimination

• Providing recommendations on optimizing costs and improving the efficiency of business processes

• Liaising with other departments to gather necessary information and coordinate actions

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and management accounting standards
