Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of key indicators of the quality of IT services, control of the fulfillment of goals
• Analysis of subscribers' requests regarding the quality of the network. Development of measures to eliminate the causes that cause complaints from subscribers
• Control of quality indicators across areas/regions, analysis of incident dynamics
• Accounting, monitoring and analysis of the total number of network incidents, preparation of reports on timeliness solution
• Accounting and SLA calculation for network-related incidents
• Cross-functional interaction with departments

Requirements:

• Higher education (IT, Analytics, Telecommunications)
• Developed working skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in developing and implementing KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
< li>Interest in information technologies and understanding the structure of work of various IT systems.
• Good analytical skills, systems thinking, attention to details, good presentation skills
• Ability to quickly solve problems, openness to new ideas and initiatives, focusing on customer needs

Would be preferred:

• Knowledge of structured query language (SQL)
• Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI visualization tools
