Onicore is a FinTech company specializing in developing products for cryptocurrency operations. We strive to make crypto convenient and understandable for everyone.

Area of responsibility:

• Verifying the financial data of employees (payment details, invoices for reimbursement, etc.)
• Payroll reconciliation with time tracking data
• Produce financial reports
• Control of internal budgets
• Collection of financial data and invoicing for customers
• Maintain and configure the corporate financial accounting system (Zoho Books, Quickbooks etc)
• Cooperation with the corporate Treasurer on payments
• Cooperation with the corporate Accountant on the financial data collection
• Continuously improve the Company’s internal financial processes

Qualifications :

• English language — Intermediate or higher (ability to maintain documentation in English)
• Ukrainian language — Proficient
• 3+ years experience in a US-based (or related) company
• Experience in the field of finances/banking
• Analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Proven knowledge of financial analysis
• Experience in corporate ERP system (Zoho Books or similar)
• Willingness to work in different time zones (US / Europe)
• Knowledge of IT company specifics
