Financial manager in RED RUF MENEDZhMENT, TOV

The company "RED ROOF MANAGEMENT, LLC" is a successful company that specializes in management. Currently, in connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a qualified financial manager to work in our office in the city of Kyiv.

Main job duties:

• Maintenance of management accounting (P&L, Cash Flow).
• Budgeting: preparation of planned budgets and plan-fact analysis of deviations.
• Maintenance and control of mutual settlements with clients and counterparties.
• Operational work: issue and reconciliation of invoices.
• Controlling the company's expenses and finding ways to optimize them.
• Financial modeling and calculation of investment projects.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience: from 1 year in a similar position (financial manager, analyst, financial controller).
• Education: Higher education (finance, accounting and auditing, business administration) or relevant professional experience.
• Hard Skills: Deep knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and MS Office package.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, systems thinking, ability to work with large volumes of data.

It will be a plus:

• Experience with the BAS (or 1C) accounting system.
• Knowledge of the Poster system (ability to build reports, work with warehouse and download data).
• Understanding the specifics of restaurant accounting (food, inventory).
