Required technical knowledge and skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization

(creation, configuration, maintenance and optimization of virtual machines)

• Administration and support of Windows Server

(versions 2016/2019/2022: roles, services, upgrades, backup copying)

• Experience with disk storage systems, including Dell (disk shelf / storage)
• (basic setup, monitoring, understanding of RAID)
• Support and administration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 mail system
• Support and administration of Active Directory:
• Knowledge and practical use of PowerShell
• (automation of routine tasks, Windows/AD administration)
• Understanding the principles of configuration and operation of RDS (Remote Desktop Services)
• (Session Host, licensing, user access)

Basic knowledge:

• AWS: work with EC2 instances, data storage, S3, WAS, Cloud Watch,
• Administration of Linux systems
• (basic services, work with CLI, logs, access rights)
• Experience with monitoring systems, in particular Zabbix

(view alerts, basic setup, understanding triggers)
