Financial manager in Hunt Talent

Our customer is a modern Ukrainian manufacturer of natural and healthy goodies that are loved by both adults and children. In connection with the development, it is expanding production and opening new markets, so it is looking for a Financial Manager to join the team, who will help build a strong managerial financial function.

This is a vacancy for an analytical, systematic and proactive specialist who wants to work in the manufacturing business and influence the financial performance of the company.

Main tasks

• Formation of management reporting and analytics for management
• Control of key financial indicators: profitability, turnover, Cash Flow, budget
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets and monthly Budget vs Fact analysis
• Analysis of product cost and assortment profitability
• Control of receivables/payables
• Participation in financial production planning
• Interaction with accounting, sales department and production
• Optimization of financial processes, increasing transparency and accuracy of data

Expectations from the candidate

• Experience in finance or management accounting
• Experience of financial analysis and reporting structure: P&L, Cash Flow, balance sheet
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Knowledge of the BAS system
• Attention to details, structure, ability to work with large volumes of data

The advantage will be
