SKY TACTIC — Ukrainian manufacturer of FPV drones and related equipment. Our company started operations at the beginning of 2024, and in 1.5 years of operation, it has gained great momentum. In this regard, we are actively expanding the staff to provide the army with quality products in even greater quantities! We supply equipment to the most recognizable and powerful divisions of Ukraine, and some of our customers are strictly incognito, due to the extremely high efficiency of their work on the front line.

We are looking for a financial manager who will become a key partner for management in matters of financial analytics, planning and control. In this role, you will be responsible for building a transparent financial picture of the business, analyzing the efficiency of production lines and preparing data for management decisions in a fast-growing technology company.

Your tasks will include:

1. Financial analytics and reporting

• Formation of regular management reports: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance (if necessary)
• Analysis of liquidity and cash flow forecasting
• Preparation of weekly and monthly financial summaries for management

2. Cost calculation and production control

• Calculation of product cost
• Construction of cost models: materials, depreciation, labor costs, energy consumption, logistics
• Control of compliance of actual costs withlanovyh
• Analysis of marginality and profitability of products
• Control of product release and reconciliation of data with production/warehouse

3. Financial inquiries of management

• Preparation of ad-hoc analytics by business areas
• Analysis of transactions, invoices, payments, counterparties
• Providing financial recommendations based on the database and dynamics of operations
• Participation in building financial models of new production projects

You are suitable for us if you have:

• Experience in financial analysis / management analytics / FP&A (from 1-2 years)
• Knowledge of management accounting and the principles of P&L and Cash Flow formation
• Strong skills in working with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, summaries, arrays)
• Ability to work with a large amount of data and systematize it
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, responsibility
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly respond to requests
• Orientation on results and data accuracy
• It will be an advantage: experience in manufacturing companies, working with Finmap / Odoo / similar systems

Terms of cooperation:

• Salary: UAH 50,000 (+ bonuses after the trial period period)
• Work schedule: 9-18, Mon-Fri (due to the specifics of the defense sector, the schedule may be irregular and depends on priority production tasks. We work to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, so we focus on their needs and time frames)
• Paid vacation 24 calendar days and paid sick days
• Location: production in Kyiv, right coast
