Wishes to candidates

• Specialized higher education in finance;
• Work experience from 4 years as a financial controller/director, work experience in the leasing field or in another sphere in the provision of financial services will be an advantage;
• User of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) at the level of an advanced user.
  Fluency in BAS Accounting software;
• English language - intermediate level;
• Understanding of financial, administrative and operational management;
• Knowledge of investment, financial analysis and modeling;
• Understanding methods of controlling the operating costs of companies;
• Knowledge of tax planning and corruption prevention control;
• Knowledge of the principles of budgeting and pricing;
• Experience in the organization of financial accounting in leasing companies ;
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP);
• Knowledge of leasing legislation activities;
• Ability to plan and coordinate the work of functional unit employees;
• Customer orientation, teamwork, following corporate standards, result orientation, strategic thinking.

Job responsibilities

• Manage financial directions, allocate responsibilities and priorities;
• Manage budgeting issues and pricing;
• Manage working capital, ensure the fulfillment of financial terms of cooperation and control of the company's operating costs;
• Create necessary management reports and processes to prevent existing risk areas;
• Review quotations on an ongoing basis and provide proposals to management;
• Plan taxes on a quarterly basis and propose improvement options to the Company Director and Vice Chairman Board;
• Control the implementation of approved policies and analyze deviations;
• Control the cost and pricing of the company's products in accordance with approved business plans and corporate policy;
• Calculate the effect of investments and provide appropriate recommendations;
• Constantly interact with the teams of brands, banks and leasing partners (if necessary);
• Improve accounting system in terms of obtaining operational management information;
• Perform other tasks of the direct manager.
