Financial director of HORECA in Agentstvo Biznes Resheniy

A stable Ukrainian company, which has a network of establishments in the HORECA segment in Ukraine and abroad, conducts a competitive selection of candidates for the position of "Financial Director".

A brief description of the functions of the candidates for the position (knowledge and experience in the implementation of such functions):

1. Maintenance of the management accounting system in an up-to-date state in accordance with the selected financial business model, which will allow recording and display all the necessary details of the financial side of the company's activities.
2. Promptly providing the owner with the necessary financial reports (Balance, Profit&Lost, CashFlow and others) based on the results of the company's activities.
3. Analysis of the financial results of the company's activities based on provided reports.
4. Giving the owner recommendations on increasing the profitability of work and return on investment. If necessary, investment analysis of projects.
5. Support of the implementation of accepted financial recommendations, organization of attracting loans or investments (if necessary).
6. Planning of cash flows and general budgeting of the company's activities.
7. li>Helping the chief accountant in organizing the efficient work of accounting, tax planning.

Additional expectations from candidates:

• Proficiency in English at the level B1-B2.
• The presence of systemic leadership traits with the readiness to persistently defend one's point of view in communication with colleagues and at the same time the readiness to accept another reasoned point of view;
