Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the maximum efficiency of the activities of legal entities of a group of companies due to high-quality accounting, cash management;
- Control of the company's financial condition, cash flow;
- Approval of contracts, invoices for the purchase of goods/works/services;
- Compilation and timely submission of financial statements of the enterprise;
- Organization and follow-up/write-off of receivables;
- Determining, coordinating and organizing the creation of a single repository of regulatory documents;
- Automation of business processes at the request of the manager ;
- Analysis of the company's existing instructions, rules on record keeping and implementation of the necessary changes;
- Monitoring tax legislation and informing management of key changes;
- Formation and presentation of monthly (weekly, daily) reports on indicators for management;
- Identification of potential risks of their negative consequences, making proposals to minimize their impact.
Requirements:
- Higher education (finance, economics, accounting, auditing), preferably MBA, ACCA;
- 5 years of work experience in the position of chief, deputy financial director , business controller in an international company;
- Desirable work experience in structural companies in the field of agrarian business, wholesale trade;
- Knowledge of procedures and functions of financial management, accounting, tax accounting, strategic planning and budgeting, cash flow management;
- Work experience in 1C 8;
- Developedand analytical abilities.
