We are looking for a financial director for one of our new directions - a trendsetter in the field of preventive medicine, which has combined the best doctors, modern diagnostics, complex check-up programs and delivery of necessary drugs into a single highly professional service.

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:

• Develop a financial strategy to support aggressive business growth (the goal is to reach 10 million UAH/month until December 2025 from the current 1.5 million UAH/month due to significant investments in marketing).
• Analyze the current financial situation, determine the necessary investments to ensure growth.
• Determine unprofitable areas and reduce them.
• Develop and implement management reporting, including budget, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet.
• Provide clear financial reporting for shareholders, including consolidated reports and short 1-page reports for major shareholders.
• Analyze profitability of sales channels, optimize costs.
• Build a team: accountant, financial analyst, etc.

SO WHAT IS HE LIKE, OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?

• Has experience working with online clinics, medtech business or IT projects.
• Able to work with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis indicators.
• Has the skills to automate financial processes (preferably in BAS).
• Knows the structure of costs and the ability to analyze them.
