Financial director for Family office in AIMS International Ukraine

We are looking for a Financial Director for the Family Office of a Ukrainian businessman and philanthropist from the Forbes list. This is not a position in a structured company - this is a key role in a private family business, which involves deep involvement in all financial aspects of the family's personal and everyday life.

It is important not only to keep records and analyze expenses, but also to build effective financial discipline in the environment of a harmonious team of people who have been supporting the everyday life and daily processes of the family for years, where many decisions are based on trust and long-term relationships.

Ability to build systems "from scratch", keep a balance between formality and tact in communication, as well as attention to detail is required.

Main responsibilities:

•          Accounting of expenses of domestic staff: collection of primary documentation, obtaining clarifications, control and accounting of expenses (in Excel and the program)

•          Carrying out payments, bills, including wages

•          Plan-fact analysis of family expenses

•          Presentation of regular financial analysis to the founder with comments and explanations

•          Implementation of control procedures to prevent potential fraud, theft, abuse among family office employees

•        Informational support for employees of the family office, including clarification on FOPs, bank accounts and transfers

•          Experience of working as an auditor - an advantage

•          Knowledge of the basics of accounting, tax legislation and banking compliance
