Key tasks
- building and managing the company's financial system
- organizing management accounting and reporting for owner
- budgeting and regular plan-fact analysis
- control of cash flow and payment calendar
- management of cost and profitability
- financial planning of purchases, production and sales
- tax planning and ensuring tax security
- management of accounting through the chief accountant
- detection of financial risks and areas of inefficiency
- preparation of analytics and solutions for the owner
