In a large manufacturing company that is at the stage of strengthening management and scaling, we are looking for a financial director who will help build a transparent, manageable and efficient financial system.

About the role

We are looking for a strong, autonomous CFO to take on full management of the company's finance function and be a key support for the owner in matters of numbers, control and planning.

This is a role for someone who does not just run finances, but builds a system, maintains financial discipline and influences business results.

Key tasks

• building and managing the company's financial system
• organizing management accounting and reporting for owner
• budgeting and regular plan-fact analysis
• control of cash flow and payment calendar
• management of cost and profitability
• financial planning of purchases, production and sales
• tax planning and ensuring tax security
• management of accounting through the chief accountant
• detection of financial risks and areas of inefficiency
• preparation of analytics and solutions for the owner

• deep understanding:

• experience in accounting management
• experience with tax burden and tax security
• practical experience of financial planning:
  • purchasing

• experience in building management reporting for the owner
• confident level of Excel / Google Sheets
• preferable: ERP / BAS / 1С / Power BI
