Financial director in Nove misto, UK, TOV

Management company (real estate and housing maintenance) invites an experienced financial director to join the team. We are looking for a strong financial manager who will take control of the company's accounting and tax accounting, ensure financial transparency and business stability.

Main duties:

• Organization and control of accounting and tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine

• Formation and timely submission of financial and tax reporting

• Tax planning and risk minimization

• Control of cash flows, mutual settlements and cash discipline

• Participation in budgeting and financial planning

• Control of payroll and personnel accounting

• Interaction with tax authorities, auditors and supervisors structures

• Organization of the work of the accounting service and automation of processes

Our expectations:

• Experience of 5 years in the field of accounting/finance

• Experience of maintaining a full cycle of accounting and tax accounting

• In-depth knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine

• Experience of working with 1С (BAS), M.E.Doc, Excel

• Analytical thinking, systematic, responsibility

• Experience in the field of real estate, housing and communal services or service business is an advantage
