Main duties:

• Formation and strategic planning of the financial policy of the company (several legal entities);
• Formation, analysis and control of the main financial and management reports by key performance indicators of several companies of the group;
• Budgeting, control of implementation of financial plans, analysis of deviations;
• Control of compliance with financial discipline;
• Management of financial flows of group companies;
• Ensuring and organizing management, accounting, tax records, as well as internal audit functions;
• Development and evaluation of business plans, support of investment projects and bank financing, attraction of investments, work with financial institutions;
• Rental control, receipt of funds, work with receivables;
• Development and implementation of accounting policy;
• Monitoring of cash flows and financial operations;
• Development of proposals for optimization of expense items with the aim of increasing profitability;
• Analysis, evaluation, and minimization of financial risks;
• Participation in the agreement of financial terms of contracts;
• Organization of the work of the finance department team.

Our candidate:

• Experience in a similar position from 5 years;
• Knowledge of accounting, management and tax accounting, practical experience of organization and optimization;
• Owning of standards of international financial reporting (IFRS) (will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of methods of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of financial activities, minimization of financial risks;
• Practical experience of drawing up financial plans, forecast balance sheets, profit budgets, etc.and losses;
• Successful experience in attracting loan funds, long-term and short-term lending;
• Experience in building business processes, forming the structure of a financial service;
• Experience in operational management of financial flows, ability to work independently.
