Computer systems analyst in Vinniki in SUPERLYuDI, BLAGODIYNA ORGANIZACIYa, Blagodiyniy Fond

Superhumans Center is an all-Ukrainian modern war trauma center specializing in prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation and psychological support of adults and children affected by war since 2022.

What to do:

• Form requests in the Service Desk;
• Administer software (install, update and configure software);
• Advise and support users;
• Accept phone calls, troubleshoot remotely;
• Train staff in the effective use of computer systems and software;
• Write instructions and regulations for users to solve common problems or use the software.

What we expect from you:

• Full higher (preferably technical) education;
• Work experience of 1 year or more in the field of IT support;
• PC knowledge at the level of an advanced user;
• Sure ability to work in OC Windows;
• Understanding the principles of operation of Internet networks and local networks;
• Skills for working with technical documentation;
• Experience with Google Workspace;
• Basic knowledge of Windows server, AD, DNS, Terminal Services;
• Experience in the medical field will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of MIS Dr. Eleks will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage;
• Ability to describe business processes, UML will be an advantage.
