Financial director in ChEKDOM | CheckDom

CheckDom - a company in the field of service management of residential complexes, invites a Financial Director to the team. We are looking for a strong manager who will build an effective financial model and ensure transparency of financial processes.

Main duties:

• Formation and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
• Budgeting, planning and control of budget execution.
• Management of cash flows, payment calendar, liquidity.
• Organization of management reporting and financial control.
• Analysis of financial indicators and providing recommendations to management.
• Implementation of financial policies, regulations, procedures.
• Optimization of costs and improvement of financial efficiency.
• Interaction with banks, auditors, counterparties.
• Management of the financial department (finance, accounting, treasury).

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience in the position of CFO / financial director / head of the financial department - from 3 years.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, management accounting, budgeting.
• Experience in building financial processes in the company.
• Ability to analyze data and make management decisions.
• High level of mastery of Excel / Google Sheets software, experience with Jira will be a plus.
