Team Lead Farmer (FB) in EvoPlay

We are looking for a TL Farmer who will be responsible for providing the marketing team with quality and stable advertising accounts. And also manage the processes of the farm, preparation for the launch, communication with support and prompt resolution of problematic issues.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in the FB account farm;

- current expertise in working with FB advertising accounts;

- experience in managing a team of farmers;

- experience in team management from 1-1.5 years;

the presence of own methods and approaches to the farm; actual expertise in working with FB accounts; practice of working with all existing proxies and anti-detection browsers; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">—experience working with large volumes of accounts;

—availability of cases with solutions to current problems in the farm

Will plusexpertise in building processes from scratch.

Main duties:

- providing the marketing team with a sufficient number of advertising accounts: own farm+lease;

—building long-term relationships with technical support of major traffic sources;

—working with agencies and rental accounts;

—preparing accounts for launch and securing them uninterrupted work;

— verification of accounts, prompt resolution of problem situations;

— formation and management of a command of farmers (scaling according to business tasks);

— use of own methodology at work and Meta.
