Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Financial Director with experience in financial management in companies active in the import sector, to develop effective financial solutions in international operations.

Responsibilities:

• Management of tax and management accounting: Keeping transparent and accurate accounting, which meets the company's requirements as an importer and distributor.
• Strategic and financial planning: Development and implementation of long-term financial strategies that take into account currency risks and the specifics of working with international suppliers.

• Financial reporting and analysis: Preparation and monitoring of CF, P&L, Balance for cash flow control.
• Budgeting and cost control: Planning of income and expenditure budgets, control of their implementation, detection and correction of deviations.
• Optimization of expenses: Systematization of expenses and their rationing to minimize financial losses and increase the efficiency of investments in international operations.< /li>
• Economic analysis and planning: Conducting unit economics and cost analysis to improve the efficiency of business processes.
• Financial risk management: Identification of the main financial risks, especially currency risks, and the development of strategies to minimize them.
• Interaction with financial institutions: Building partnerships with banks to improve conditions for deposit accounts, salary projects, terms of employment, etc..

Requirements:

• Practical experience as a financial manager / CFO for at least 3 years;
• In-depth understanding of the company's financial statements, accounting principles and the ability to prepare management reports for based on source data;
• Understanding of international financial standards (IFRS) and experience with cross-border operations.
• Own budgeting and business planning processes;
• Developed communication and negotiation skills - the ability to express one's thoughts clearly, structured and convincingly;
• English language at a level not lower than B2, C1;
• Experience working in systems BAS MB, BAS Accounting or 1C 8.3, UTP/UPP;
• Business logic and analytical thinking – the ability to see opportunities and risks, to conduct complex analysis even in uncertain conditionsand limited information;
• A confident user of Excel/PowerBi – experience in modeling and automating calculations on large data sets.
