Job description

Requirements:

• Higher education (finance, economics , preferably legal)
• Experience in a managerial position in the financial sphere (from 3 years)
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel), 1C: 8.3, M.E.Doc
• Deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes;
• Knowledge of tax legislation and experience in its application;
• Resistance to stress, ability to resolve conflicts and diplomacy;
• li>High social competence;

Qualities: leadership and organizational skills, ability to motivate employees, goal orientation, effectiveness, analytical and logical thinking, diplomacy, stress resistance.

• Optimization and management of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise;
• Ensuring proper accounting (optimization to prevent abuses);
• Conducting regular and non-regular inventories;
• Ensuring timely payment of obligations to business partners and employees;
• Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy;
• Control over financial operations and cost analysis;
• Knowledge of business processes of the enterprise;
• Management of automation processes based on 1C of all types of accounting (operational, managerial, accounting, tax);
