invites a

Financial Director

 Formation of the financial strategy and credit policy of the group of companies.

Planning, control and analysis of the financial activities of the group of companies.

Formation of the budget, financial plans and forecasts by group. Control over the execution of the budget.

Management of cash flows, distribution and control of the effective use of financial resources of the group of companies.

Performance of credit control, interaction with banks.

Management control management accounting.

Control over the formation of financial and analytical reports for a group of companies and ensuring their accuracy and timeliness of submission.

Prevention of financial risks and development of strategies to minimize them.

p>Ensuring financial operations in foreign economic activity and control of compliance with the financial conditions of export contracts.

Control of receivables and payables by group of companies.

Control of compliance with legislation in the field of tax and accounting.

 The ideal candidate:

Higher economic/financial education; >5 years of experience as a financial director in a group of companies (advantage: production of agricultural products);

Skills in conducting financial analysis and planning,

Knowledge and skills in building management accounting, systems budgeting, financial planning in a group of companies;

Skills in managing financial flows;

Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax accounting;

Knowledge of international standards, skills (if necessary) drawing up international reporting;

Knowledge of the specifics of financial and accounting activities in the field of production/trade (agricultural crops, their processing products)

Experience of working with banks, credit portfolios,

Experience of working with the ZED;

Experience in optimization and automation of business processes

Fluent command of a PC (standard package + 1C);

Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage .
