Primary purpose of the position:

The CFO/Manager will ensure effective managing the finances of a group of companies ("Prave Dilo" and "Monolith")

The main functions include creating and monitoring financial strategies, setting up the financial reporting system, budget and cash flow management, as well as cost and investment optimization.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

1. Financial planning and strategy:

  • Development of financial strategies for companies according to their business models.
  • Preparation financial forecasts and models for assessing future financial needs.
  • Definition of key financial indicators (KPI) for evaluating the success of projects and the overall financial activity of companies.

2. Budgeting and control:

  • Development, agreement and implementation of annual budgets for each company.
  • Control of execution budget and constant monitoring of deviations from the planned indicators.
  • Proposals on cost optimization without harming the operational activities of companies.

3. Cash flow and liquidity management:

  • Cash flow planning to ensure solvency and liquidity of companies.
  • Optimization of working capital capital, timely payment of obligations and control of receivables.
  • Creation of financial reserves for unforeseen expenses.

4. Financial reporting:

  • Ensuring the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Analyzing reports with the aim of identifying weaknesses and opportunities to improve the financial condition of companies.

5. Tax planning and reporting:

  • Interaction with the accountant to timely submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax legislation.
  • Development of tax strategies to minimize the tax burden.
  • Monitoring changes in tax legislation and their impact on companies' activities.

6. Investment management (including abroad):

  • Evaluation of new investment opportunities for business development, including attracting additional funds for company expansion .
  • Development of recommendations for optimal distribution of financial resources.

7. Risk management and internal control:

  • Creation and implementation of the systemof internal financial control.
  • Conducting regular assessments of financial risks, such as credit, market and operational risks.
  • Developing measures to minimize risks and ensure financial security of companies.

    8. Automation of financial processes:

    • Selection and implementation of modern financial software for automation of reporting, accounting and expense management processes.
    • Constant analysis of the effectiveness of existing systems and proposals for their improvement.

    9. Debt and credit management:

    • Tracking the status of receivables and payables.
    • Ensuring timely repayment of obligations and receiving receivable payments.

    10. Consulting management:

    • Giving management recommendations on managing financial resources.
    • Participation in the development of general strategies for the development of companies based on financial indicators and analytical data.
    • Informing about the financial condition of companies and forecasting possible financial threats or opportunities.

    Requirements for the candidate:

    • Higher education in the field of finance, economics, accounting or business administration.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a financial manager or a similar position.
    • Experience in managing multitasking financial processes in various industries.
    • Knowledge of modern accounting systems and financial software (1C , SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).

    • Ability to effectively organize work with a large amount of information and in multitasking conditions.
