We are looking for talented strong>/s director/-kuor financial, which seek to actively develop in the financial sphere of Ukraine. 

You will be able to exchange knowledge and experience, work on various projects on a part-time basis basis and create effective solutions together with our team. 

Main tasks:< /p>

Our financial directors help company owners not only in reporting, but also in setting up correct and convenient analytics in order to make strategic management decisions. 

You will ensure quality financial management on your project, which is expressed in the following tasks :

• Auditing the financial status of the customer's projects;

• Formation of work plan for improvement of financial processes;

• Setting up financial planning, reporting modeling (PnL, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet);

• Creation of financial models and reports for clients;

• Creation and visualization of the dashboardin (using PowerBI, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Looker Studio, etc.);

• Direct maintenance of monthly financial statements;

• Directing work analysts and financial data management.

Your skills:

• Experience as a financial director or financial manager in small and medium-sized companies, including independent work in similar positions;

• Understanding the mechanics of work and financial needs of micro, small and medium-sized businesses;

• Ability to create financial models, conduct CVP analysis, work with PnL, Balance Sheet and CashFlow;

• Experience with accounting systems (1C, QuickBooks, Zoho Books and others);

• Skills in working with Google Sheets / Excel and task trackers (Asana or others);

• High responsibility, independence and self-management ability;

• Residence in Ukraine or in the European time zone is preferred.
