There is a vacancy in our financial department. Financial controller for our business unit Real estate management.

Main duties:

• Formation of management reporting in terms of projects and their consolidation (P&L, CF, BS);
• Formation and consolidation of annual budgets by projects, their clarification on a quarterly basis;

• Plan-factual analysis of the income and expenditure parts of the budget;
• Reconciliation of contracts with counterparties regarding operational activities;
• Controlling payments in accordance with the budget and timeliness;
• Control of completeness and authenticityentering information into the accounting system;
• Formation of Analytical Reports at the request of Shareholders/Management;
• Communication with partners.

Requirements for the candidate : 

• Analytical mindset;
• Experienced user of 1C, Word, Power Point;

• high level of communication skills;
• Responsibility, result-oriented, the desire to develop;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information under conditions of multitasking and within tight deadlines; 
• Ability to conduct business correspondence.
