Basic requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position - from one year;
• High level of mastery of MS Office, Visio, draw.io, BPMN

Main duties:

•  Collection, research and documentation of existing business processes in the company (including their description, visualization and analysis);
• Identification of "bottlenecks", duplication of functions, inefficiencies or potential risks in the processes;
• Development of detailed models of business processes "as is" (as-is) and "as it should be" (to-be) with the help of specialized tools;
• Description of all company processes in a standardized format (process maps, algorithms, flowcharts, regulations);
• Development of templates, instructions and methodologies for documenting business processes;
