We need an experienced Financial controller

Over the past six months, we have successfully implemented management accounting and clearly divided responsibilities in the finance department, and we realized that we lack an experienced specialist who will be able to head the finance department in the future.

• Ensure proper management accounting of the company.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.

• Analysis and planning of cash flows and ensuring the availability of sufficient funds for current operations.
• Creation and control over the implementation of the company's annual budget.
• Control over receivables and payables.< /li>
• Analysis of existing financial processes and implementation of tools to improve their efficiency.

You are our candidate if:

• You have 3 years or more of similar experience.
• You have a higher education in the field of finance or accounting.
• Able to work in 1C or VAS;
• You have experience in managing financial teams.
• You have a high level of analytical thinking.
