Senior Python Developer (Backend/Fullstack) @ Relout in Relout

We are currently looking for aPython Developer (Backend or Fullstack) for a young startup - an e-commerce company developing an international SaaS platform related to management, analytics and automation of sales processes. The platform is a tool that collects information from large online stores as well as from the market (including Google Shopping), and thus provides analytics and automation in the field of pricing policies, increasing sales in specific categories, markets, etc. The platform is easy to use for the user , but underneath it processes large data sets and, based on them, provides valuable data to store owners quickly and intelligently. In the current phase, the platform is already functionally ahead of competitive solutions and plans include global expansion, mainly to foreign markets. 

We are looking for an experienced specialist who would like to co-create this product ecosystem and SaaS application, values ​​having high autonomy💪, influence on the direction and method of development of the company, working in a small, fully remote and a 100% Polish team and is looking for a company focused on introducing innovation, with a relaxed startup atmosphere. We are looking for a person who will help in the development of modules, integration and efficient delivery of business functionalities. Ideally, if you have already had contact with e-commerce products and have a fullstack profile (although your work will mainly focus on backend)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a backend/fullstack developer in Python
• Experience in developing applications in Django framework
• Experience in working with data processing and streaming - Kafka
• Experience in building frontend in React and Next.JS
• Knowledge of relational (e.g. PostreSQL ) and non-relational ( Elasticsearch, Redis )
• Willingness to work in a small team and a dynamic start-up environment.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.
• Ability to work and self-organize in a remote work mode


Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, automation, etc.)
• Experience in working with the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Implementation and development of applications on Kubernetes
• Experience in the e-commerce industry
