Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Group CFO, the successful candidate will have a sound understanding of both Swiss and Ukrainian regulatory environments and an interest in cryptocurrencies and web3.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payments and oversee company accounts
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts both at project and consolidated group level
• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported
• Coordinate and prepare tax filings for both Switzerland and Ukraine
• Communicate financial metrics to senior management and provide advice on financial planning and risk management
• Establish and maintain financial and risk policies and procedures for the company

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Controller, or similar role, in a technology-oriented industry
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial principles
• Risk, compliance and auditing experience
• Proficient with Odoo accounting software
• Understanding of data privacy standards and financial regulations in Ukraine

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of Swiss financial laws and regulations
• Prior experience in the web3 or crypto industries
