Financial controller in Nissan Motor Ukrayina

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Closing, budgeting and forecasting
• Reporting of results for the month .
• Consolidation of business plans and forecasts delegated by the controlling manager.
• Reconciliation of income from the sale of spare parts and components.
• According to the results of the reporting month, updating the file regarding the purchase of spare parts and components.
• Checking the after-sales service department's charges.
• Checking the results of the after-sales service for the reporting month. Reconciliation of SAP/Tagetik results (reconciliation of Excel files)
• Reconciliation of the results of the after-sales service department - income and expenses in SAP/Tagetik. Profitability check (Bcp report).
• Coordination and management of income and expenses for used cars, reconciliation of used car sales results.
• Reconciliation of used car sales results - Income and expenses in SAP/Tagetik . Profitability check (BC-u report)
• Providing an in-depth analysis of financial results by the volume of sales of used cars (deviations, etc.)
• Report on the presence of used cars on the company's balance sheet (FCF report)
• Preparation of an overview of the company's operational activities for the reporting month (Tagetik summaries) for the sale of new cars, used cars, spare parts and accessories.
• Monthly analysis of general and administrative expenses compared to the budget and preparation comments.

Experience and necessary skills:

• From 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling
• Higher education in the field of finance
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level
