We are looking for a logistics specialist for a Group company – METINVEST POLYTECHNIC TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY LLC.

What to do:

< li>observe the Procurement Policy, analyze commercial proposals and prepare contracts with suppliers;
• assess the risks of agreements, prepare tender documents, ensure equal conditions for procurement participants;
• analyze market prices for optimization enterprise expenses;
• work on logistics plans with a rational approach;
• provide justification for unscheduled purchases;
• organize and control the delivery of resources, their quality, quantity and storage;
• administer suppliers and contracts in 1C and SAP, issue purchase orders;
• transfer goods to divisions and reflect operations in accounting.

• confident use of 1C 8;

• knowledge of documentation standards and document control;
• fundamentals of sociology, ethics and development of regulatory documents.
