Our company sells goods in foreign markets under its Goodevas brand through e-commerce channels. We are looking for a person for the position of a leading financial analyst with the functions of a deputy financial director.
Main duties:
- participation in the transfer of financial accounting to a new system of our own development (organization of the interaction process in the team);
- interaction with the management team and the financial department;
- forming the necessary daily / weekly / monthly reports and the necessary analytics for making management decisions;
- monthly closing the period in interaction with the team and the financial department;
- partial work in 1C accounting systems and quickbooks;
- setting up and reporting, including P&L, cash-flow, balance-sheet;
- fulfilling related tasks in coordination with the financial director, colleagues from the finance department and company managers.
A deep understanding of the basic logic of financial and accounting operations, the ability to set tasks is important and organize workflow will be helpful. Ready to offer appropriate training in the process of starting work and help to understand the specifics of the job if there is a suitable desire and potential. financial statements and understanding of financial accounting standards;
experience in working with programmers or the ability to independently optimize routines is desired;basic level of English to be able to work with English-language programs and documentation (B1-B2 will be sufficient);desirable understanding and experience of working with quickbooks and 1C will be a plus;willingness and opportunity focus on work and actively participate in the work process as much as possible.The vacancy involves a full schedule of work Mon-Fri (the schedule can be adjusted by agreement and sometimes remote work days can be taken remotely).
