We are currently looking for a Financial analyst (production) in the Production Development Department systems.

Purpose of the position:Ensuring the functioning of the process of continuous improvement by implementing optimization measures and measures to improve the cost of production in the necessary volume, according to the specified budgets and terms, using Lean Manufacturing methodologies

Knowledge and skills we expect from candidates:

• 2 years of work experience
• Higher education by specialty:Chemical technology and engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Economics, Finance, Management, Mechanical engineering and material processing (equipment of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries).
• Knowledge of methods of calculating the cost of production and the impact of optimization work on cost.
• Knowledge of methods of evaluating the efficiency of production activities, analysis of the use of material and other resources.
• Knowledge of methods of evaluating the effectiveness of optimization works and their feasibility implementation.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of GMP requirements.
• Theoretical knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and tools, TPM, Kaizen.
• English level not lower than Intermediate
• Knowledge of basic requirements of standards and rules that apply to other management systems operating in the company (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001, pharmacovigilance, etc.)

What should be done?

• Organize and perform work on optimization and improvement of production processes.
• Ensure monitoring of production processes for the purpose of their further study and improvement, organizes brainstorming, search for losses and bottlenecks. 
• Organize and, if necessary, lead cross-functional improvement teams within the column of focused improvements
• Monitor the implementation of the Lean plans of the company divisions. 
• Calculate the economic effect of proposed initiatives related to process improvement, provide feedback on the feasibility of implementation. 
• Responsible for organizing and conducting meetings on drugs that require cost reduction. Monitor the implementation of measures according to meeting protocols. Calculate the economic effects of implemented measures to reduce the cost of production.
• Ensure the implementation of the OPEX strategy directions related to the reduction of the cost of products and continuous improvement of processes
• Ensure the functioning of Lean Manufacturing tools in divisions.
• Conduct evaluation and prepare reports on the effectiveness of the use of Lean Manufacturing tools. Submits proposals for improving the current state of the process.
• Provide support to the Visual Centers of various units.
• Develop and monitor the coordination of regulatory documentation.
• Study best global experience in the organization of production, improvement of production processes, accounting and control processes, including through the use of modern information systems, technical means, tools and methodologies of lean production.
