Your functionality will include:

• Planning and control of the budget for rent and communal services of branded stores and offices.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of MS Office Excel at an advanced level, as well as Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive Outlook (preferred);
• ERP skills will be an advantage;
• Initiative and communication skills;
• Goal orientation and desire to learn;

• Working with information: critical thinking, introspection, the ability to "read numbers", make logical arguments.
