Financial analyst in Staffman LLC

We are expanding the team and looking for a financial analyst who will strengthen the operational block of fintech projects.

Main tasks:

• analysis credit limits and customer behavioral patterns;
• work with scoring models, risk metrics, product P&L;
• rate calculations, APR/TCEA, planning and forecasting;
• preparation of weekly and monthly reports;
• participation in product testing, optimization of rules and limits.

Requirements:

• experience in financial analytics, risk or FP&A preferred
• proficiency in Excel/Sheets;
• understanding of credit analytics and fundamentals scoring;
• English language - preferably Intermediate+;
• attention to details, speed and responsibility.
