We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst. 

Responsibilities:

1. Pricing:

• Analysis of market trends and competitive environment to determine optimal prices for training courses.

• Development and implementation of pricing strategies for new products and services.

• Monitoring and revision of existing prices in order to increase profitability and competitiveness.

1. Financial modeling:

• Creation of financial models to estimate the potential profitability of new and existing courses.

• Forecasting financial indicators based on various scenarios of market development and internal dynamics of the company.

• Calculation of key performance indicators (KPI) for products and business areas.

1. Product profitability calculation:

• Analysis of the structure of costs and income to assess the profitability of training courses.

• Determination of break-even points and optimal sales volumes.

• Preparation of recommendations for increasing profitability and efficiency of resource use.

1. Analytics and reporting:

• Preparation of regular reports on the company's financial results.

• Analysis of financial efficiency of individual projects and products.

• Preparation of analytical reports for management on key business metrics and indicators.

1. Decision support:

• Providing analytical information and recommendations to substantiate strategic management decisions.

• Participation in the development of long-term financial plans of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance or related disciplines.

• 2 years of experience as a financial analyst.

• Experience with pricingand financial models is mandatory.

• Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools.

• Analytical mindset and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

• Ability to effectively interact with other departments (marketing, sales, development).
