Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation invites professionals who are ready to contribute to the development of medical care in Ukraine to cooperate! We are looking for a field coordinator for our medical project in the Sumy region.

Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation is an organization that provides medical assistance to residents of Ukraine, especially those living in remote, de-occupied and remote regions. One of the key areas of our activity is the implementation of mobile medical clinics that provide access to quality medical services for the population. In cooperation with international partners, we implement innovative solutions to support the health and well-being of communities.

Main responsibilities:

• Organization of the work of mobile medical clinics in certain settlements of the Sumy region.

• Coordination of the work of medical teams, logistics and the schedule of trips.

• Provision of communication between local authorities, medical institutions and a charitable foundation.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of project implementation and preparing reports for management.

• Decisions organizational and administrative issues related to the project.

• Ensuring proper accounting of the use of resources (medicines, equipment, transport, etc.).

Requirements to candidate:

• Experience in coordinating humanitarian or medical projects — from 2 years.

• Higher education (medical , social or managerial - an advantage).

• Knowledge of the peculiarities of the work of medical institutions and the needs of local communities.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to details.

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (required); knowledge of English will be an advantage.

• Readiness for frequent business trips within the region.

• Category B driver's license and driving experience - desirable .
