Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation invites professionals who are ready to contribute to the development of medical care in Ukraine to cooperate! We are looking for a MEAL specialist (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) for our medical project.

One of the key areas of our activity is the implementation of mobile medical clinics that provide access to quality medical services for the population. In cooperation with international partners, we implement innovative solutions to support the health and well-being of communities.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of systems for monitoring and evaluating medical projects.

• Collection, analysis and interpretation of data on the effectiveness of project implementation.

• Ensuring transparency and accountability to donors and partners and the community.

• Preparation of regular reports on the results and impact of projects.

• Development of tools for monitoring and training the project team.< /p>

• Identifying and documenting best practices and lessons learned during project implementation.

• Ensuring compliance of projects with quality standards and donor requirements.

Requirements to candidate:

• Experience in the field of project monitoring and evaluation - from 2 years.

• Higher education (social sciences, management, public administration or similar field).

• Knowledge of data collection, analysis and project evaluation methodologies.

• Skills working with software for data analysis (Excel, SPSS, Power BI etc.).

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (required); knowledge of English will be an advantage.

• Attention to details, analytical thinking and the ability to work in a team.

• Willingness to travel within region.
