FATCA & CRS Project Manager in NovaPay

NovaPay Financial Company (group of "NOVA" companies) in connection with the expansion of the staff announces a competition for the vacancy "Head of the FATCA & CRS"

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar position in banks for 5 years or more
• Experience in building the FATCA process
• Practical experience in creating an internal FATCA methodology
• Practical experience in performing FATCA and CRS reporting
• Practical experience in working with the reporting forms of the National of the Bank of Ukraine for banks and financial institutions institutions
• Desirable experience of working in financial institutions, tax authorities or consulting companies specializing in international taxation
• Knowledge of international tax law and FATCA requirements
• Experience of working with large data sets and financial reports
• Knowledge of the specifics of operations and risk management
• Communication skills for cooperation with clients, divisions of the bank\financial institution by regulators
• The presence of ACCA, CFA, CAMS or similar certificates will be an advantage

Main tasks:

• Implementation of FATCA compliant procedures and policies
• Creation of internal FATCA and CRS methodology
• FATCA and CRS reporting
• Identification of accounts subject to FATCA and CRS reporting
• Compilation, verification and submission of reports to US tax authorities (IRS)
• Communication with clients for additional information or documents
• Constant monitoring of changes in FATCA legislation and informing management about them
