Your duties will be:

• analysis of vacancies and needs.

• search for candidates.

• summary rating.

• prior communication.

• arranging interviews with hiring managers.

• cooperation with managers.

• negotiations with candidates.

• maintenance of the candidate database, tracking of selection stages and analysis of the effectiveness of search methods.

• work experience in a similar position from the 1st year;

• ability to divide the work process into smaller tasks;

• ability to write clear documentation and conduct effective communication;

• skills in subject area research and prioritization of stakeholder needs;

• fluency in Ukrainian, English — at the upper-intermediate level and above.
